Pharma Logistics Glossary: Aggregation
Used to locate a medicine. The process of building parent-child relationships between certain unique identifier codes, for example between associated hierarchies – For example a medicine bottle (child) and its packaging box (parent). It is not a legal requirement in all track and trace regulations but is useful for visibility purposes within a supply chain.
