I'm a belgian student in final year in business engineering, and I'm currently writing a master thesis in disruption management in cold chain. I would like to gather information about best practices to handle dirsuptions in the food and the pharmaceutical sector.
The objective of this master thesis is to establish a new disruption management process in order the minimize the disruption risk in cold chain.
